HIRING's TARIFFS 2006

The tariffs are indicated near each hiring and vary according to the season. These tariffs are indicated by day and are independent of the number of people.

The maximum number people envisaged for each apartment will be detailed in the provided leasing agreement. In general the number of beds + 2 children.
Beyond this number, a supplement of 3 € by person and by day is required (children 1/2 tariff).

The tariffs become decreasing:
- beyond 14 consecutive days of hiring at a rate of - 10% per additional day
Please contact us for hirings equivalent to one month or more.

- the hirings are not fixed from Saturday at Saturday but are calculated by day for one minimum duration of 3 consecutive nights . It is nevertheless possible to reserve for 2 nights minimum (week end) but a supplement of 10 € for the stay is required. In this last case we do not deliver a leasing agreement.

- It is possible to associate the services of a cleaning lady or a cooker for 5 euros the half-day. (adjustable Service on place)

- an installment of 20 % is required at the reservation, deliver by international transfer or credit card. For more information on this subject, see detailed procedure below.

- cloths and towels are provided (Envisage nevertheless one or two hand towels by safety)

- the domestic animals are accepted in the majority of the hirings.

- All the hirings must be regulated on place in cash and in Euros. It is however possible to regulate in Dirhams 1 Euro = approximately 10,7 Dirhams)
It is also possible to regulate during the reservation totality or part of the hiring.

- Concerning the hiring of vehicles we ensure a service of reservation with the Samicar vehicles company. Any responsibility inherent of the services for this hirer - moreover serious -

Procedure of reservations
 
- By postal way:

Following your request, a leasing agreement will be sent to you by email (Word Document in joint file ). It will be advisable to print this contract in double specimen, to supplement them and to return them signed and accompanied by a mandate or international transfer) of 20 % of the total amount , by postal way (in France or Morocco ).
Then one of the two contracts will be returned to you signed and your reservation will be final.

- By Internet:
(+ 5 % of the amount of the reservation ) Address us by email the reference of the hiring of your choice specifying that you wish to regulate by credit card.
A mail will be returned to you including an invoice and a payment on line made safe by credit card Visa or Mastercard (via inscription on Paypal system used on Ebay).
To the reception of your payment your leasing agreement signed will be returned to you by email (format pdf). You will just have to print it.
